1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the TAP-IA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
TAP-IA is a cloud-based software platform (SaaS) designed for managing tourism operations in Costa Rica, including modules for transportation, tours, hotel management, booking engine, and channel manager.
3. Registration and User Account
To access the services, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TAP-IA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following is prohibited:
- Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data of other users.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
- Reproducing, duplicating or reselling any part of the service without authorization.
5. Plans and Payments
TAP-IA offers different subscription plans. Prices, features and conditions for each plan are available on our pricing page. Payment is made in advance. No refunds are made for partial periods, except where expressly stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, design, trademarks and materials of TAP-IA are the exclusive property of TAP-IA or its licensors. Reproduction or use without express written authorization is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
TAP-IA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months of service.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or third parties for such modifications.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica.
